This statement serves as the official response from Bounteous Mining Company (BMC) regarding public allegations concerning its licensing status and operational authorization.

Bounteous Mining Company (BMC) hereby issues this formal response to allegations suggesting that the Company is operating without valid mining licenses or regulatory authorization.

BMC categorically and unequivocally denies all such allegations. The Company affirms that it is a duly registered corporate entity under the laws of the Republic of Liberia and operates with all necessary statutory approvals and licenses required for its mining activities.

The Company strongly rejects any suggestion that it operates as an unlicensed or “bogus” entity. At all material times, BMC has complied with applicable mining regulations and maintained active engagement with relevant regulatory institutions.

BMC confirms that its operations are conducted within the framework of applicable mining laws and regulatory requirements issued by competent authorities. All activities are subject to oversight and compliance obligations as prescribed by law.

The Company maintains that all operational permits are valid, verifiable, and issued in accordance with established procedures governing the mining sector in Liberia.
